New Mob Boss Mod

I have an idea for a mod. You will build a portal to the Temples by using emerald blocks, redstone, and redstone torches. The portal is the same structure as the Nether Portal but to activate it you put redstone in it and light it with the redstone torches. The structure will than have a red portal on it. When you enter you will be brought to a town with Mycelium floor and villagers. But not regular villagers, they have pale skin and red eyes. They're hostile mobs and carry golden swords. You must follow a long path to find the new boss (Hydra) when you find him you'll be put in a bedrock room lit with redstone torches. The boss is the biggest of them all and has lots of health. When you kill the 8 headed beast it drops a weapon called "Zeus' Bolt" It's a weapon that can shoot lightning and is unlimited (doesn't need to be repaired) The downside to it is that when you die it vanishes instantly. The upside is it takes away 9 hearts from anything you shoot it at. I would love to see this mod made.
