New Server Spawn

Hey guys! I need some really dedicated people that have some time, and can take some orders. I'm building a spawn for my server, and I need some help building a big spawn. I literally started like 3 hours ago lol. I'm not gonna let just anybody in so i'm gonna ask you to take out some time and fill out at application that I can look over. Now, you wont just be building for me and get nothing out of it, I have 2 admin and 5 moderator spots open in the staff department on my server. Before you continue, I will not take anyone under 14. I prefer 16+ honestly, but certain cases I have taken younger. The app format is below:
