New spawn layout

So spawn was looking a bit jumbled and confused.. so i went in a reorganized.. threw in some signs and moved some buildings...

Hopefully now new players can find fresh build spots and all the important information required to play the server like a decent upstanding member of the community...

If you think i have missed something out comment and let me know...
