This Game Boy is built at an approximate 1:1 scale, whereas one block equals one real-life milometre. When you go to paste the schematic, stand twelve (12) blocks underneath where you want it, and relatively in the center. The Schematic is saved facing north. There will not be a world save, as there are many other builds in this world, that are not mine.
I realize there are a few other Game Boys, on this site - But none of them are as scaled and detailed as mine. Please do not try to claim that this is a rip-off. I've built this on three other servers, in the past year, so if you've seen it before, that's why. While this design is not mine, the build is, and is licensed under a Creative Commons, and anyone who uses it without permission and proper credit, will be reported.
The Game Boy Color was a response to pressure from game developers for a new and much more sophisticated system of playing, as they felt that the Game Boy, even in its latest incarnation, the Game Boy Pocket, was insufficient. The resultant product was backward compatible, a first for a handheld system, and leveraged the large library of games and great installed base of the predecessor system. This became a major feature of the Game Boy line, since it allowed each new launch to begin with a significantly larger library than any of its competitors.
Wesley and Barczak feel the Game Boy Color was "little more than an incremental improvement" over the original Game Boy, and that real change would not arrive until release of the Game Boy Advance.

Fixed a few blocks that were off, in the speaker. :3 Not really noticeable, unless you're plagued with the gift of OCD.. But.. It's not there, anymore. Also uploaded clearer photos
