1: Make the village bigger

2: Craft a bucket

3: Find the cookie

4: Go to the top of the blacksmith, there are invisable "villagers"

5: Get some emeralds.

6: Make an obsidion generator

7: Go to the nether

8: Get some blaze rods

9: Some how manage to get back to the overworld

10: Get some enderpearls

11: Brew a potion

12: Make some ender chests

13: Make some eyes of ender

14: Find the stronghold

15: Go to the end

16: Beat the dragon

17: Import villagers to the end

18: Make an iron golem and endermen farm in the end

19: Make a castle in the sky

20: Make a town for the villagers around the castle

21: Fill up the town with villagers

22: Make a full auto gold farm

23: Make a youtube video or send me some screenshots, I'd appriciate the feedback
