Northwind Town Hall

I originally started with a copy of my Port Caldwell town hall in this, but I used it as a layout to build a larger, multi-floored structure for running a town. On the ground floor, there's a records hall, along with a table to sit and review the articles and bits of information drawn from the shelves. Up the spiral staircase on the first floor you'll find the Lord Mayor's office down the corridor, and then the ladders to the second floor. The second floor isn't really used for much accept viewing the sea and the mountainous terrain located behind the town.
