Greetings!
This is a project which I have started with my brothers when Minecraft 1.3 came out, and what I am most proud of is that it has a living lore. I will not be able to tell you much about it, as it is really complicated, just like a history of a town which was, is, and will be developing like a real medieval town would. In fact, my elder brother has written a book about 200 pages long about the town's lore. Let me give you a background.
This town has been built by a dwarf and a human viking, but the human soon took over after findning a realyy ston and this had a huge impact on the architecture. The dwarf, devastated, went to a desert, where he dug a hole and found a massive library. After reading all books, he gathered enough knowledge to create 5 classes, each with their special armor and attacks - assassin, brute, mage, paladin and... dwarf. He then started an eternal war with the human and his brother, only stopping to build something. Then came Willbur - a sneaky goblin. He opened a tavern in the middle of Jacktown (The downtown Nuvguard), created a shop (portable) used to buy particles, food and shiny medals for killstreaks. (he wanted eternal war, because to get more money). This war continues until today.
There you go - that was really brief though. The architecture is based on the fact that the human viking has found a really tough type of wood and the buildings are gettings larger the higher they get - just a way of showning that his engineerings skills are advanced and the buildings do not collapse. Everything in the town follows the lore - if you have any questions, ideas, suggestions, feel free to ask. Also, I have done the terraforming myself.
P.S
I would really want to share the classes with you, but it would only make sense as a video, but Realms is lagging right now and I can't get record anything. I attached the screenshots of the redstone which make the whole thing work though.
(Also, here is my old Imgur link, there are some more photos: http://imgur.com/a/7SiAn )
And here is a link to a channel of an amazing architect (decided to make this post in the first place to share with him) - https://www.youtube.com/user/sonofdad123mc

Update #2 : by zhekalevin 02/09/2015 3:53:59 pmFeb 9th, 2015
Started building big barracks and an archer training field. Also, I am thinking of posting the regular houses in the Old Town (to the right of the Town Hall, on the cliff above the port). I have some cool armor stand creations there. I will most likely revisit those houses as they are pretty old.

Nice detail and adherance (from what I saw of the IMgurPhotos)
Added a Diamond, even though the project/post will be deleted.
Keep plugging away.
