The NYC MTA R42 was a subway train built by the St. Louis Car Company. Each car is 18.29 meters long (60 feet) and 3.048 meters wide (10 feet). The maximum speed is 89 km/h (55 mph) and the electrical current is 600 V DC third rail. They were introduced in 1969, replacing the remaining BMT standards and many R1-R9 railcars. they were based on the earlier R40M subway cars. Once they started to age, they were slowly replaced by the R160s and R179s, with a final farewell run in February 2020. Some cars remain in work service.

Have you ever tried to make the subway trains they use in Toronto? I know that the TTC currently uses three different models (two of which were made by Bombardier; I don't know about the kind of train they use for the Scarborough RT...).

I've made a TTC T1 and M1 on one of my other worlds. Maybe I can remake it on my current server. I have published a H6, but it's used in another system. Maybe I can make more TTC trains. (They use the ICTS Mark 1 cars on the Scarborough RT.)
