"Head in the Clouds" contest entry on Edawg878.com at /phome lumenfidei 23.

The ticker display works well on the Edawg878 server with view distance set to 15. Downloaded to single player mode, some adjustments to "View Distance" or other changes may be necessary for it to work correctly.

Yes, anyone can go to www.edawg878.com and when there type /phome lumenfidei 29.  It did take some time to adjust things to work well with server lag.  It is recommended that TPS be 17 or higher before using.  Just push button and stay near center of the plot and it works great even when there is server lag!
