The map is exactly 1 chunk (16x16) and both the end and the nether are located in the overworld in the one chunk large survival map.
End Goal = Defeat End Dragon
Basically it, but beware, if you summon the ender dragon before you're ready he may destroy the entire map to the point of no recovery. I would recommend making an backup save before entering the end portal (Hint: the end portal is located in the nether)
Also you should probably have keepInventory on
