This 1.13 one command block creation is by:Legopitstop
How to install?
1. Click Here to copy(Ctrl+C) command
2. paste(Ctrl + V) into a always active command block then click Done.
3. create a minecart and rename it to "SelfMiner" using a anvil.
4. place minecart on rail underground and give it a push.
Note: The "Miner" will always go north.
