Hi there. Sorry to upload this so late. This was originally supposed to be uploaded in a contest between my friend and myself. However, PMC kept removing my post, believing it was spam. Enjoy.

What is it?
This redstone device includes a 7 segment display that is wired to the gray bars that encodes the numbers when powered. Those encoded wires are wired to a piston counter than counts down from 9 to 0 when the button is pressed.
