What it does?
You push the wooden button while its not active then an arrow gets shot out of the dispenser and when that arrow gets despawned (1 minute) the TNT will get shot out of the Dispenser falling onto whatever you want.
This one also enables a ticking sound from the hopper clock.
Uses -
1. Pranks
2. Adventure Maps (possibly)
3. Your imagination is the limit!
