Nice details! I like the roofs! You could try mixing in some andesite too, and you could use stone brick slabs as pipes because they have a darker texture. I don't want to ''advertise'' my tree pack here, but still, having larger trees behind the building would look nice. Have my diamond anyway! Oh and for the lights, try inverting the trapdoors with the light block, I think it would look less ''squared''.
