1x Nether Star + 1x Shield + 1x Diamond Chestplate = Shield Chestplate
1x Nether Star + 1x Raw Fish + 1x Diamond Leggings = Repellent Pants
1x Nether Star + 1x Glass Bottle + 1x Diamond Helmet = Scuba Mask
1x Nether Star + 16x Ender Pearls + 1x Diamond Chestplate = Teleportation Chestplate
1x Nether Star + 1x Bow + 1x Diamond Helmet = Arrow Shooter
1x Nether Star + 64x Sugar + 1x Diamond Leggings = OP Leggings

Let me guess, the compact way for the One commands will instead of command blocks, you will use a list of mine cart command blocks on an activator rail. Ex {Passengers:[{id:"Cow"},{id:"MushroomCow"}]
