Paradox Residences is a 105m tall building with 21 floors including the lobby, 14 ultra-luxury apartments, and 2 mechanical floors. I wanted to make an upper-class beachside apartment building where all the rooms have a balcony overlooking the ocean. A few floors up, the building twists 45 degrees because I thought it would look cool.

if the .schem file doesn't work, change it to a .litematic file and it should work
