I really wanted to love this map, unfortunately it has many many flaws, you seem to have gotten comfortable mostly using rotating blocks, treadmills, and fans, there are far more things from create that I would feel would be much better for parkour.
This map just drags on and all fun you have gets drained at the beginning of it with the abundance of 4-block jumps, I'm sorry I just don't have a fun time if it's all just 4-block jumps, there's also this one part that's just a large 1 block high hallway filled with soulsand and cobwebs, stuff like that makes me think the developers don't value my time, then the long treadmill walkway is absolutely impossible if you don't know that you can shift on treadmills for them to not effect you and at that point it's just a long walkway where you move really slowly.
I fill like the developers went into this with a lot of ideas and then they got stretched thin but they still felt like they had to make it really long.

just as an aside I feel like it's wrong to include the create mod in this download, not only does this bump up the file size but it also could stop potential traffic to the official download of create.
