How to use: 
Get a command block (/give NAME minecraft:command_block). 
Place it down and paste the command. 
Trow a book at the ground to get the particle book.

Also, why not also add in all the status effects, either in the same book or in another book. That would be really neat.


If you want to make my whole week, you include a book with the most important sounds :)

I can make a status effects one command creation.

I cant add it to this one. (i can but the command is 9.500 over characters)
It is a good idea to create a effects and sounds book.
But where can you nead a sounds book for?

These books will be good for minegame makers, I spend a lot of time searching for just the right sound to add to different actions in different siturations of a minigame. Having a book that can play all the sounds will speed up the process a ton.
