Peartree One is s 200m tall residential skyscraper I built for my city. It includes 2 lobby floors, 35 floors of apartments, 2 mechanical floors, and a roof with solar panels. Although it could work on its own, the building is intended to be part of a larger complex of similar and/or identical buildings.

If the .schem file doesn't work, change it to a .litematic file and it should work
