The building will go up 2 floors of lobby, then from floors 3 to 22, it will be a standard layout.

Throughout the next 8 floors, one eighth of the building will be removed as you go up.

Ending Finally with a glass dome roof over the stairwell

This building is being built in survival

It will have 30 floors

It will stand 184 bricks tall (about 6 under the height limit)

It will Hold 466 Condominiums ( for Pepco employees)
