Well I've done the updates, I plan to release them here on PlanetMinecraft with credit for the original map given to you as well as links to the original if that is alright with you
I actually made some changes just to keep myself honest playing this on survival, and to make it interesting for me:
Change the stores to villager trades using gold nuggets as currency.
Added a butcher to buy the pork I collect.
Added a Farmer to buy excess crops.
