I've been working on this for a while now. Basically you place a pig into each separate compartment and when you pull a lever they are pushed out onto the track. The first one to the finish line is released into the sanctuary and roams free. The loser however is dropped into lava by pistons rigged to the other pigs finish line. It was very fun to make, but hard to hide all the circuitry.
