I really like the hull of this ship. Also the fact that it is not very crowded with different kinds of woods and colors is nice, I think it looks more natural like that and give it not only the feeling of a pirate ship, but also a more realistic look. I also like how it is not very big and is simple. One suggestion I would make is try to make the sails a bit more beat up. Maybe add a few patches and add a more darker color like maybe some sort of gray wool. But that's just me :P
