This is a Piston elevator, to use it stand on the pressure plate and ''kiss'' the glowstone in front of you and don't move when the elevator is working. At the back of the ''shed'' where the elevator is there is a hole next to the tree, jump there to go down. There is a room, with Enchantment, Brewing, and a storage room. It also has a mob trap.

Added an unfurnished house, and a hallway to it.

you mean on the second picture? That is the way to the hallway under the earth.
P.S: idk. what you talkin' about in the second post. Im using TMI, spawner GUI, ModLoader, Optifine, and a texture pack
