A simple temple, built as a sign of unity, was never thought to have such power. With the powers of the Old Ones imbued into its core, this small dome has brought together the 6 greatest biomes to work together to stop this energy from breaking the world. The Desert stops it from killing off all that lives, the Snow stops it from freezing over the world, the Jungle channels the energy's life-giving properties into the earth, the Nether stops the world from being run by hate rather than love, and the Mushroom channels wonder and awe into the universe. If it were not for this simple structure, there would be no control, and the universe would cave in on itself.

This is a build I made for the PMC Server Spawn Contest, and it is my first contest. I built the entire thing myself, using a good bit of WorldEdit. The theme of this build is, well, Planet Minecraft. There is a bit of parkour to keep people entertained as they wander around, aswell as a waterfall and a lavafall. There are 5 planetary systems built into this, as described above.

The Desert holds a temple, a natural pond that one can dive into (be careful), a well and a little house, representing everything in the desert.
The Jungle simply has a little jungle, a wood bridge and a parkour-ish tower, representing a Jungle Temple.
The Snow has two smaller planets orbiting it, covered in trees, while the middle is just an empty area to hang out in.
The Mushroom is two planets, with a lot of giant mushrooms. You get to the second one with the help of a command block, where you'll discover a little family of Mooshrooms. (hopefully).
The Nether has a lava pond, a little Nether tower with a netherwart farm and a pig spawner, and another planet with a quartz mine thing.
I think that maybe if there is a survival part of the server you could place warps/portals to the specific areas. eg. The Snow sends someone to a taiga/thundra area.

There's also a stone plateau with a clay/brick, iron, gold, diamond, redstone, lapis lazuli, emerald and an obsidian/bedrock tree. Above it is an Earth. I think this area could be used for special thanks or for showing all the admins and ops of the server and whatnot, or maybe be used for telling you Donator perks or something. Before you get to this plateau, you get to a 3-walled area where rules and tips could be placed. It is an area for new people, as well as the surrounding foresty area and stuff.

If you add more things like mini-games like Spleef or Hunger Games or The Walls or even a Creative section for imaginative builders, I could add more to the spawn area. Don't worry, I'll find somewhere to build it.
