Amazing or not, can we not curse/swear?

Very proud of you guys! Wish I had the time to actually build on it. Very impressive for only the 13 of you working on it. <3
A team of like thirty people and this is what you ended with?

13 people built on this actually.

But yes! This is what we ended with. You are 100% correct there :)

Very creative. This will definitely be high up there if not #1. Looks great
Think its so unfait, that builds of huge teams are winning against projects from only one person. This person took the same hours in it as the team. Imagine a team of 500 players join this contest. Is there any way they could loose it?

Yes, there is actually. We don't rate your entries based on an amount of people, if your submission has 15 people working on wooden boxes, we obviously will not rank very high. Also, keep in mind the contest is a team competition, the players that entered a solo entry are giving themselves a disadvantage in the matter, while those with a team are just getting a time boost. It matters about concept, skill, and technique, not a number of people working together.
Thought I should add that.

Ever heard of a solo contest? Go whine there lol.
Oh there's that sore winner coming out 😇
A team of 500 people would be extremely inefficient compared to one person. If you look up the law of diminishing marginal returns, you will find that after a certain point, productivity begins to decline. At the limited spacial resource of this contest, 500 workers would be too many to be efficient.

Anyway yeah, there are solo contests. And there are people who can enter team contests solo and still place top 3. It's all about how efficient you are, how well you envision your end product, and how well a competing team can cooperate.

Well any solo participant should have this in mind when entering a team contest tbh. I think its fair enough, considering PMC does both solo and team contests. In fact both are available right now.

Yes. At a point, there are too many people working on it.
Working with multiple people requires planning and coordination. Sometimes you can do more alone than with 7 people because the 7 are constantly interrupting each others ideas. A person alone has the idea in his head, and knows what to do, a team needs to be coordinated and assigned tasks. Very different ways of working. And this is after all a contest in which teams were allowed. There's currently a solo contest going on, to fulfill your wishes
So you say,l that you would build that map alone in the same time?

No, i said that they're different. A person alone would build differently.
Scale isn't everything. A good concept and good execution are key in these contests.
And like maltheaugust said, PMC catters to the needs of solo builders by having solo contests. Don't hate on teams for entering when teams are allowed.
