Plot build mini port/town

Hi all pancake here!
                                  In my quest to become a better builder i thought i would give the vadact creative server a try. For those who dont know you build in a limited area then the satff judge and rank you up depending on your skill, they also give you great tips and tricks along the way!

Also looking for a buildteam/group of people just to chill with and build some cool things, swing me a pm :)

So here is my build, its a mini port with a dock and few homes. Let me know what you think.
