This is a watch that can be taken anywhere and it will still tell you the correct time, as long as someone stays nearby with the map to update it. This means that, in a server, everyone will be able to uses this as a watch. The clock is pretty precise, deviating only about a minute evry couple of hours. You can find maps and the buttons to set the time in a room below the clock.
