For my friends server we just had these ugly doorways to warp bettween our creative and survival maps. I took matters into my own hands and created this "Portal Nexus". Each disk has a different portal on it to different worlds or areas. Right now we have a f'around map, creative, city, survival, game, skylands, and a few custom dungeon ones.
