Here I've got a post-war based house that I think looks pretty neat. This house is on a corner lot in the Carlton Community Server's Brookside, a developing area in Larimer which currently has housing suited to this style. In this house, I've designed a floor-plan to include 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and a large basement that holds a bedroom and a large bonus space, which can be easily used as an entertainment space, den, etc. With a large front yard that wraps onto the side of the house, I decided the backyard space would be best utilized with a pool.

I might furnish this, but I haven't made up my mind ;/.
