~~~NEW UPDATE THIS WEEK!~~~

Improved terrain (a lot), more caves, and more!

DescriptionAs Minecraft maps can finally be 256 blocks high, I've decided to make a really realistic mountain environment. With high peaks (up to 256 blocks high), long riffs, mighty faces, deep glacial valleys, lakes, rivers and more! I reduced the sea level to 10, so the relative heights are even bigger. I will also add huge caves underneath the mountains. Map surface is around 1600x1600 blocks.

For now, it is in creative mode, but I might modify it for survival mode.

Added a huge cave, forest in lower areas (both pine and normal), one big lake and more!

Added more rivers, gravel pockets near rivers, some small lakes, sandy beaches, a small glacier. (also a pine forest, just for the test, next update will include more forest areas in many valleys) :P

Added some rivers (theacholconsu, thank you for advice!), terrain tweaks, removed annoying black void. :D

Map was created in WorldPainter. I recommend you to use Misa's realistic texture pack with optifine for longer render distance.

If you have world edit, you make rivers with"brush sphere air (radius)". just take the commas out and put in your radius, and then you can make holes in the ground for your river. Does that help?? And a Diamond.
