It looks like a fish. Your "affluent" citizens don't have much taste, do they?

In either case, wonderful design. I'm wondering though, is there ANY tech in this thing, or is it just lore filler?

Regardless, I still have an all-consuming desire to put Googly Eyes on it. It looks remarkably manouevrable too. I can see a few of these darting through canyons in some sort of race.
