I've found a cool map on google (?) yes its possible!!!
its a superflat map with a spawning place in the safe place. the walls are like 5 or more blocks so its almost impossible to die. i didn't test it myself but it looks like its safe. there's one thing: dont destroy the redstone! because if you do that it wont work. if its too dangerous, you have to get out. the ringular stone block is the exit.

I've found something critical: it wont work. Here's the thing that doesn't make it work: there aren't enough redstone repeaters for the launch.
