Это кирпичный доходный дом с аркой и воротами в ней же, требуемой для проезда повозок и телег во внутренний двор. Интерьер же выполнен по всем канонам (ну точнее то, как я смог это реализовать): первый этаж - торговый, то есть отданный под коммерческое помещение, а второй же - жилой, с отдельным от квартиры владельца здания кабинетом. В квартире есть всё, что нужно для проживания семейной пары, хоть и пространства не так уж и много.
