The Map size is far too large (6GB) to put as a download so to view it you will need to join my server.
Our team is building all of the key areas of London we have Westminster, charring cross and the London eye area. The map is being built on a custom world painter map where the river Thames has been put in.
01/07/13 - We now have the Waterloo area with waterloo station done. Construction on London Heathrow has also started and hopefully a schematic of some areas will be put up for download soon.

Can you post a download link for just the London Eye?
