Welcome to Panem! The world of the Hunger Games. Our mission is to create a completely immersive world in which you can explore all 13 Districts of Panem, and the Capitol too! We here at ProjectPanem decided to start off with the hub of this dystopian future, the infamous "Capitol". It is a work in progress, but already a huge place that would take a while to explore.
In the future, we wish to finish up the Capitol, create all the Districts (even 13), and then create the land between all the districts. Keep on the lookout for updates and other information that may come along.
