This is my biggest single residential building yet.

The name comes from number of flats and floors. This building has got 12 floors and 24 flats on each floor

It is a single block. Most people made buildings of this size devided into several smaller sections but this in not the case. You can walk the entire floor without any obstructions.

During it's construction i focused on living space and apartments leyaut. I made big staircases and corridours to improve movement around the building. It has got also several swimming pools on the ground level and on the roof.

This building features many redstone devices like all of my projects
All redstone mechanizms were tested before uploading to make sure everything is working correctly
