Prototype 1

With a vast floating continent of mostly wilderness, the young growing republic of Colombia found it's navy of second-hand steam-powered airships too obsolete to secure it's territory. Rather than buying more modern steam-powered airships, as they have always done. The Colombians launched a home grown effort to modernize it's navy. Taking advantage of new technologies, the internal combustion engine and newer building styles. The Colombian Navy soon started construction of what be known as Prototype One.

I thought I would do more of a diesel punk build, instead of the usual steam punk builds that seem popular here.
(If your wondering what diesel punk is, it's like steam punk; but with technology and aesthetics of 1920-1950.)
