This is a simple contraption that inverts button pulses. the repeater delay is slower than the locking delay. when the repeater locks, the power line does not power the output in time. However, when the repeater unlocks the power line activates the output, giving a short signal, even after the button is released. the lock repeater facing forward decides how long the inverted signal lasts the longer its delay. the output repeater does the same, and the power repeater decides how long it takes for the output repeater to activate.
