Requires Tekkit 3.1.2 | 1.2.5 to work correctly! Will not work with normal Minecraft.

This is a functional oil platform built above a source of oil, the whole platform is completely functional and will pump oil when all the switches are activated. Around the back there are several tanks that look like petrol station filling points used by petrol tankers, above them are pipes which seem to go nowhere. These pipes can be used to pump fuel out to many different places!

Currently built on the platform:

• Sleeping area (several different bunks).
  
• Recreational area (with a pool table and a bar).
  
• Conference area (for executives, accompanied with a ComputerCraft monitor system).
  
• Helipad (for those with helicopter mods).
  
• Refinery (has two switches, once they're both turned on the refinery starts working).
  
• Cooling crane (once switched on, it pumps water into a tank, and once the tank switch is activated it pumps the water into the combustion engines to keep them cool).
  
• Oil pump (pumps oil out from the source and stores it in a tank in the refinery).
  
• Gas burner (like those old styled oil platforms).
  
• Canteen (located below the sleeping area, accessed by stairs within the sleeping area).
  
• Boat dock (located underneath the platform, allows for access via wooden boats).
  

This is still in work, despite being completely functional. I am to improve the refinery (it's a mess) and sort out the oil source since it is relatively depleted from testing, however there is still a lot left in there. This was built in tekkit so feel free to use this on a tekkit server! If you wish to use it on a server please check out the link to the report.
