4k by 4k Conquest Reforged map (not survival friendly), bunch of alpine valley inspiration
Really pushed myself and worldpainter to the limit, going for much more extravagant methods of texturing, including more conquest block variants using the Slabify worldpainter plugin, which is absolutely amazing for steep cliffs!



On the other side, I spent a lot of time figuring out a way to sort out aquatic vegetation that does play nice with Conquest's Layer blocks, which was an absolute nightmare... but I got it done in the end!



You'll find yourself lost in vast coniferous & decidious forests that span the hills, a snow covered mountain range that extends across the north & east side of the map.

But hey, all that snow will melt someday and must go somewhere, so yes, ofcourse there are a few minor landslides and rivers that meander through the hills, paired with a few peaceful meadows and open areas for you to build as you please!

The shore is a mix of rocks, sandbeds and a few grassy knolls, and the seafloor? Well, that might just be my favorite part of it all, paired with the right shaders, this feels like a completely different world....
