Just finished this Aurora Variant 'Quantum' this ship is completely of my own design.
Basically the same layout but with longer Engineering section.
Has two piston engines on lower Engineering deck which are lever activated, dont really know why you would have them on a star ship they do look and sound cool when running.
Unfortunately you can only access the torpedo launcher and nacelles from out side the ship now, via hatches.

forgot to mention... feel free to use and edit any of my ships, but please ask and give credit.

what era is this? It looks like a Cheyenne class but with tos necelles :) personally i like it, i hope to see more :)

yeah, I thought TOS would be easier coz it was all a bit simpler back then but im in the midst of making refitted (next gen) versions of these.
Actually i was inspired by the Prometheus class.

I'd advise going for the TNG movie era nacelles with the triangles at the front (like the enterprise E), the seem like they'd fit in well :)

yeah I thought the same, nearly done the refits on both ships just got to do a few tweaks like phaser arrays, sensor strips and other small details. should get them on later tonight. thanks for advise tho.
