Built using mostly quartz and blue / light blue glass, with some cyan clay. lit with sea lanterns.
The four towers are identical and all connected with glass tunnels on two different floors.
Interior contains complete first floor and a elevator.
There is no definite front/back to this building.
The four small towers are just there to fill the empty space.
