very useful. does the chair last forever or does it despawn when u leave the chunks?
is it alright if i use this in my map? :)

all chairs should last forever until you kill them with /kill @e[name=...]

is it possible in 1.7 to teleport to an invisible mob (eg. squid or bat)?

all my boxes doesn't work with 1.7... but beside that a normal tp command should do it
/tp @e[type=Player,<conditions>] @e[type=Squid,c=1]
tp the player with those conditions to the nearst squid

just check the schematic, there are so many commands used in this...posting each command wouldn't help anyone.
