A 16bit "random" pseudo number generator. This was only a test to see how it would work in minecraft.
And it actually works well :D the i will have to design a compact shift register to use instead of the 16 repeaters.
It is built using exclusive or gates attached to repeaters 16, 14, 13 and 11 and feeds it back into repeater 1.
