Reaching Ever Higher
This is my submission for the Chunk Challenge Solo Build Contest. It tells a story of 3 parts of the world; Hell, Earth and Heaven.
The hellish underground is dragging the earth down, stopping it from reaching its main goal, heaven. The dragon engines, and the hellflame all power the huge, fiendish claw that clings to the base of earth, rooting it and hell together in an unceremonious embrace.
Earth is unaware of this fatal embrace and attempts to reach ever higher to the perfect land of Heaven. It's tower, a monument to peace and religion, is built to attempt to reach the skys, and beyond. But it falls short.
Heaven is within view, but not within grasp. The portals clear the tainted beams that are caused by hells clasp, but the gap cannot be reached.
You could say that this build is a representation of sin, stopping mankind from reaching true enlightenment, and that the chains of hell, represented by the claw, are dragging mankind back from reaching true peace.
I just think it looks pretty.
