[1.4.7] Working Redstone Lighthouse

This was a lighthouse design I cooked up for the survival server I was playing on. It's designed to fit in a Towny plot which on this server was 16x16. The light actually rotates around the 4 sides. I came up with this lighthouse when a friend on the server show me a piston clock he had made. Since my base was built on a dock, I decided to see if I could use the clock in some sort of lighthouse design and this was the result.

On the server, the lighthouse would break when I left the island I built it on, I think this is do to the way redstone will stop functioning when a chunk unloads to increase performance. That is just my guess though. So, some of the redstone will stay powered and freeze because of this.

To combat this problem, I wired up a switch mechanism to it so you can de power it and then re power it to get it functioning again without having to get up to the top and break in to replace parts. I tried to make it all as compact as I possibly could with my knowledge of redstone. I would have used a slab ladder instead of a torch one to remove the delay but I wasn't sure how to power all 4 torches at the top with a single slab ladder and their wasn't enough room for 4 of them without redesigning the tower itself.
