Redstone Particle Rain Cloud

Rain Clouds are a fun way to improve your minecraft server or a creative world
in this project your gonna have to listen to the commands im telling you right now.

First
you will need to make a 1x3 hole in the ground and a very fast redstone clock the command is right below

/setblock ~0 ~1 ~0 minecraft:command_block 0 destroy

Second
you have to type this command to make the raindrops

/particle splash ~ ~7 ~ 1 1 1 0.25 20 @e[name=(your username)<-- this wont effect the particles

b]Third
[/b]use the same command on the second step but change the splash to cloud and ~7 to ~8
