The Rho-class Medical Shuttle was used by the Republic Navy during the Clone Wars, carrying Medical supplies and personal to and from the front lines. The Rho-class was extremely visually similar to the Nu-class with a few key differences, being its elongated length, dorsal fin and its ability to carry a cargo pod or mobile barracks on its underside.

A Rho-class Medical Shuttle was used to carry CT-5385 "Tup" from Ringo Vinda after a premature execution of Order 66 caused Tup to execute Jedi General Tiplar however it was ambushed just before its jump to hyperspace.
