The Outland TIE Fighter was a variant of TIE Fighter used in the aftermath of the Empires fall to the New Republic. Used by Imperial Remnants the Outland TIE Fighter was virtually identical to the standard TIE Fighter however its solar collector panels could fold together, similar to the s-foils of X-wings, allowing the fighter to land closer to the ground for easy access in and out of the ship.
